We require a caretaker for a start as soon as possible, who is enthusiastic and flexible. Duties to include cleaning, lock-up, lettings supervision and porterage. Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
The hours are:
Monday and Tuesday 9.30am - 6pm; Wednesday and Thursday 1pm - 9.30pm (30 hours per week)
This post is for 52 weeks per year. Holiday entitlement is 19 days p.a. (from 1 April to 31 March).
Actual starting salary £15,971 gross p.a.
