Our warm and welcoming village school is seeking to recruit Relief Teaching and Learning Support Assistants to cover classroom and lunchtime staff absence, termtimes only, as required
LGS Scale 3 Point 4-5 (Hourly Rate £9.81 - £10.01)
The successful applicants will demonstrate:
- The ability to build superb relationships with children
- The skills to provide excellent learning opportunities for children by supporting a teacher in the planning delivery and evaluation of a variety of learning activities
- The ability to make a contribution to organising effective classrooms and maintaining appropriate records
- A proactive approach to enabling children to develop positive social interaction skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm, flexibility and creativity
- Acute observation skills
- The ability to work co-operatively with other staff, following instructions whilst also being able to use their own initiative
- A desire to promote high expectations of attainment and progress for all pupils
- A great sense of humour
