SIXTH FORM PASTORAL ASSISTANT

Local Government Pay Scale - Point 7 (Actual salary: £17,523)


The role involves providing administrative support to the Pastoral Team, as well as support and care for around 390 Sixth Form students studying for their Advanced Levels.
The role would suit someone who is keen to develop good relationships with students while also possessing a keen eye for detail. There will be some student supervision required and the role is vital in fostering a beneficial atmosphere in our Sixth Form Centre.
Previous experience in a related role would be advantageous but full training will be given.
WHSB is a selective Academy Grammar School which has been designated Outstanding by OFSTED. Our School currently has 900 boys at 11-16 and 390 students in its mixed Sixth Form.
