Teacher Business
Salary qualified* up to £38,534.00
Unqualified up to £30,527 per annum (full time equivalent)
Located in Harlow
Part time hours (min 0.5 fte - 18.5 hours to max 0.7 fte - 26 hours)
Fixed Term Maternity Cover until March 2021
The Teacher works with students and other members of the team to deliver teaching carry out assessments and develop the learner experience enabling them to achieve their learning goals, in accordance with the College's values and ethos.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will be dynamic, inspirational, a good communicator and the ability to deliver outstanding teaching.
Essential qualifications would be a degree or equivalent qualification, OR a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Business. Significant industrial and ideally teaching experience within the Business sector would be preferred.
However, you don't need to have a qualification in teaching, just a passion for your specialism, strong communication skills and be willing to train on the job, as we will support staff to undertake a teaching or assessing qualification, if not already held.
