We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our 'friendship' school for September 2020

The successful applicant will work primarily with a child whom has ASCD (Autism and Social Communication Difficulties) and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Dis-Order) within a Year 2 classroom.

8:45am - 12:15pm Monday to Thursday

8:45am - 12:15pm and 1:00-3:15pm on a Friday

Applicants would benefit from experience of using strategies to support children with anxiety, attention and fine motor skills difficulties.

The successful candidates will:

· Be passionate about supporting pupils with SEN

· Have excellent communication skills

· Have experience of supporting Key Stage 1 pupils

· Be able to engage and motivate children to learn

· Work well as part of a team, as well as show initiative and an ability to work independently
