South Essex Academy Trust are seeking a highly proactive and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their very hardworking and happy team at Kents Hill Infant Academy.

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work collaboratively with teaching staff and assist teachers to provide positive learning experiences for all our pupils.

Working term time only, Monday - Thursday 08:30 a.m. - 15:30 p.m. and Friday 08:30 a.m. - 14:00 p.m. with 1-hour lunch break and a 15min break every day. Duties may vary depending on children needs (LSA/MDA cover).

We would be delighted to hear from you, if you:

· Obtain a NVQ Level 3 in learning support/early years'/behaviour support or equivalent qualification/experience.

· Are enthusiastic and can motivate children to achieve their very best.

· Have excellent teaching skills with a positive approach to classroom management.

· Have a positive approach to classroom management and child development.

· Are ambitious and have high expectations of yourself and for behaviour and achievement; supporting the school's policies, value every child and all they offer to the school community.

· Be friendly and approachable, with drive and a positive attitude.

· Have an inspirational approach with a real passion for making a difference.

· Want to be a valued member of a professional and supportive team.

· Have the flexibility to work across the Trust.

· Full driving licence.
