We are seeking to appoint a Head of Department: Extended Learning to provide inspirational leadership and high quality provision for young people 16+ with SEND and young adults (19+) who have a range of severe learning difficulties and disabilities/including autism and complex challenging behaviour. The successful candidate will manage High Needs Funding, EHCPS and undertake a key role in working with external organisations to ensure local and regional needs are met.
