We require a talented new employee to take up this key post primarily supporting one of our learners. Working closely with our two SENCOs, the post holder will in addition offer support to a number of statemented learners.

You will need:
Minimum of Grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (secure knowledge of Mathematics is particularly desirable).
Experience of one-to-one support, preferably in a secondary school.
Knowledge and understanding of the learning difficulties faced by youngsters with Special Educational Needs.
Experience of having worked in a nursing environment would be advantageous.
A willingness to learn every day as you consistently strive to increase your impact on our youngsters' learning.
