We are seeking to appoint Finance/Admin Assistant with good numeracy and literacy skills to join our admin team. The post is part-time, 15 hours per week, working hours to be advised. Dependant on experience the pay range will be band 2 Point 3-5 which equates to £6222-£6473 per annum. This will be a fixed term appointment to August 2020 with the likelihood it will continue.Great Clacton C of E Junior School is a large Junior School (current roll 315) and is part of the Diocese of Chelmsford Vine Schools Trust.

It is desirable but not essential that the successful candidate has previous experience of working in a school office with a good understanding of Finance.

The Main duties are:

· Raising orders

· Checking order and processing delivery notes.

· Processing Invoices.

· Maintaining computerised financial records.

· To be responsible for the School Inventory.

· Assisting the School Business Manager, Headteacher and Admin staff with day to day admin tasks.
