The Trustees of The Christus Catholic Trust are seeking to appoint:

Finance Officer

Based at St Thomas of Canterbury Catholic Primary, Grays, however the role will require to work in the Central Hub/Office which currently is at St Joseph's Catholic Primary, Stanford Le Hope. This may be 3 days per week.

Permanent Post - Starting September 2019 (date to be confirmed)

Band 5 (Thurrock) - 35 hours per week

The successful candidate will have:

· experienced in working in busy school environments

· experienced in working in Primary (Secondary desirable)

· Working Knowledge of PS Financial system

· Accountancy background desirable

· Knowledge of CAPITA SIMS and FMS

· The ability to prioritise a busy workload to meet deadlines

· Work well as part of a team and is committed to improving and developing their own practice

· Show patience, enthusiasm and understanding

· Be flexible and adapt easily to changing needs during the day

St Thomas of Canterbury Catholic Primary School is a large primary school located in Ward Avenue, Grays, Essex and is part of the Christus Catholic Trust (a Multi Academy Trust). St Thomas' is a popular school, located on an attractive site. It has an excellent local reputation and facilities which provides an engaging working and learning environment.
