Band 4 - mid (Point Range 19 - 24)

37 hours per week

Monday to Thursday, 8.00am until 4.00pm and Friday, 8.00am until 3.30pm

Term-time only

Actual Salary £20,498 - £23,065 per annum





We are seeking an outstanding Zenith Minds Provision Manager to work in collaboration with all Trust Schools

Zenith Multi Academy Trust's core aim is to ensure that we enhance the life chances of all the young people within the Trust to enable them to fulfil their potential and achieve the best possible outcomes. This is at the heart of everything that we do.

Zenith Minds is a MAT wide provision to enhance life chances and make sure the approach to support is child-centred and ensures; at all times, the wishes, needs and best interest of the child are paramount.

The Zenith Minds project started in December 2018 with a vision of accessible support that is bespoke to the needs of individual students. The provision will be implemented for the start of the autumn term 2019.

We aim to have a provision that enables access to: counselling, mentoring, family support, 1:1 support, external agencies, re-integration, self-esteem plus more.

The Zenith Minds Provision Manager will work with the Director Student Welfare to:

Provide social, emotional, mental health and educational support to students ensuring a holistic approach for the most vulnerable students across the MAT
Enhance the life chances of all young people within the academy trust
Ensure the approach to child support is child-centred
Be responsible for all aspects of student welfare, ensuring effective support for wellbeing and safety
Adapt and offer support as required to ensure that all elements of student welfare are addressed and maintained
Coordinate the work of the external agencies

You will be required to:
Preferably be educated to degree level
Possess counselling/mentoring qualifications and experience
Understand the importance of safeguarding and local procedures
Have an understanding of mental health and experience in supporting issues related to mental health with appropriate qualifications to support this
Possess excellent communication skills (written & verbal), interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or be a team leader
Understand the importance and ensure excellent record keeping and data analysis
Be able to produce reports for a range of stakeholders
