This is a great opportunity for an individual with general all round maintenance skills, and a "can do" attitude. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within caretaking/property maintenance environment and be familiar with carrying out a variety of different duties across multiple sites and possibly on a split shift basis. We are looking for hands on, proactive, responsible and safety conscious person who is self-motivated and resourceful.
The post holder will be supported by the Premises Manager and will complete a team of 5 but must have excellent maintenance/DIY skills, and the ability to demonstrate working both independently and as part of a team. This post has been created to aid succession planning.

Roding Valley High School is a successful 11-18 school in Loughton and is part of The Chelmsford Learning Partnership. Currently catering for around 1400 pupils, this school boasts an excellent local reputation and fantastic facilities which provide an excellent working and learning environment. The school was graded “good” with outstanding features at the last Ofsted.
