Science Technician
Actual Salary £14,519 - £15,105 (Band 2 to mid point) plus outer fringe,
35 hours per week term time & non pupil days only
A vacancy has arisen for a confident and self-motivated person to assist in the running of the Science department and to provide full technician support to teaching staff, particularly in the preparation and cleaning/clearing of lesson materials.

A good standard of education and an aptitude for Science is desirable. In addition, you will need to have patience, resilience, exceptional organisational skills and enjoy working with young people. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a positive approach to working effectively to promote the school and our students.
