We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our Early Years team.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate that they:

Have a good standard of maths and English, both written and spoken (O Level or GCSE grade C or above)
Can extend children's learning and develop their critical thinking through skilled questioning
Are confident in making judgments about children's abilities and provide insightful and useful observations
Are able to use an iPad or similar
Maintain appropriate and accurate records of assessment
Have creative ideas which can be contributed to the planning of activities
Have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills plus be able to multitask
Have high expectations of achievement for all pupils
Work as part of a team but act independently if required
Are willing to learn new skills and take on new tasks
Have a warm and positive approach towards all children, parents and carers

Hours: 08:30 - 15:15 - Monday to Friday

Term time only - holidays are all yours!
