Learning Support Assistant at Grove House School
Grove House School has availability for a Learning Support Assistant
Fixed term contract to support a named pupil
LGS Band 2 Point 11 (Range 11-16)
22.5 hours per week, 3 days per week
38 weeks per year + Inset Days
Required as soon as possible
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work in the classroom and as specific support for a pupil with speech, language and communication needs. Experience of supporting pupils with SLCN /social and emotional needs desirable.
You will need to be:
- Calm, positive and patient.
- Consistent and approachable.
- Able to work on your own initiative but also be a flexible team member.
- Able to listen to colleagues.
