Mayflower High School
Year Managers (non-teaching)LGS Band 4W (Actual salary: £21,588 - £27,171)37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
We are seeking to appoint two highly motivated individuals to join our school as non-teaching Year Managers.
The Year Managers will have specific responsibility for a nominated year group for the provision of pastoral support to students of that year. The post-holder will also be required to offer guidance, support and advice to students experiencing difficulty with any aspect of school life.
