Science Teacher

We are seeking to appoint a Science teacher to teach across the full age and ability range at KS3 and offer one of Physics, Chemistry and Biology to GCSE and A-Level. These are very strong subjects in the school and in high demand at A-Level within the Sixth Form, Candidates will have the opportunity to teach their specialist subject up to A-Level. Applications from NQTs and more experienced teachers would be welcomed.

Notley High School & Braintree Sixth Form is a school that believes that providing the best educational experience for students requires us to give our staff the time and resources to make a difference. Allocated time for a standard scale teacher is therefore usually about 80% (40 out of 50 lessons per fortnight). Great emphasis is placed on supporting teachers at all phases in their career to develop through bespoke CPD.
