TEACHER OF SCIENCE
Anglo European is seeking a full or part time (minimum 0.60) Teacher of Science to join a successful, collaborative and supportive Science Department from September 2019. The role will involve teaching students in all key stages and an ability to teach in the sixth form would be desirable but not essential. Being able to teach beyond their specialism up to GCSE is a distinct advantage. The post involves teaching general Science at KS3. Teachers are encouraged to contribute to the development of the curriculum and are actively involved in developing Science pedagogy and practice. A commitment to STEM education and enrichment for our students is also highly valued.
The Science Department achieved 95% 9-4 GCSE Physics in 2018, and the subject is becoming a progressively more popular subject in the Sixth Form with over 140 students taking Sciences courses.

The Anglo European School is located in the village of Ingatestone in Essex with easy access to the A12 and M25. Ingatestone is also only a 30 minute train journey from Liverpool Street station.
