37 hours per week (Term Time & CPD days only)
Pay Point 8-12 (£17,223 - £17,770)
Prorated Salary Paid (£14,092 - £14,539)

We are seeking to appoint a graduate to support the learning of individuals and small groups within the classroom as well as to deliver intervention groups to accelerate the progress of our lower ability and SEND students in the core subjects. The post would suit applicants who wish to gain experience of working with students in an academy setting prior to training as a teacher or pursuing other career options.
You will need to be able to work with a professional approach and have an empathetic and caring temperament. Flexibility, initiative and the ability to work under the direction of a classroom teacher are essential. Expertise in working with students who have English as an additional language would be advantageous.
