Learning Coach for SEN Resource Provision (Dilkes PLC)

Thurrock Band 4 Point 12: £18,444 FTE (actual salary £15,366)

35 hours per week term time only plus 5 training days

Start date: 18th March 2019

Energetic, enthusiastic, resilient staff member needed for this physically demanding role supporting and coaching primary aged pupils who present with challenging behaviour. The ability to build rapport with pupils exhibiting extremely challenging behaviour is essential.

Working in a resource base, as part of a specialist team, within a main school setting, the successful candidate will be given full training and support.

As a National Teaching School there are also possible opportunities to progress onto a teacher training programme if the candidate wishes to further their career.
