Immediate start - A vacancy has arisen at Grays Convent High School for the PA to the Senior Leadership Team/Cover Manager. Flexibility within the posts is essential. The main purpose of the role is to:
· Provide secretarial, personal assistance and clerical support to SLT and Heads of Department, including DOE Coordinator & Careers/PSHEC Coordinator, including clerking Leadership Forum, managing appointments & contacts and ensuring accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality at all times;
· Production of Minutes, managing appointments and contacts;
· Organise class cover and allocate cover duties to Cover Supervisors, staff and supply agency cover staff on a daily basis and for other occasions such as exams and special events.
This is a term time only post and includes non-pupil days. You will be contracted for 37 hours per week. The hours will be Monday to Thursday 7.00- 15.30 and 7.00-12.00 on Friday. The post is a Support Staff Band 3 position and the salary range is £15,800- £18,031 per annum. Job share applicants will be considered.
Payment has also been factored into the salary for you to attend after School Senior Leadership Team Meetings to take and produce minutes as and when required.
