Early Years and Social Care team delivers courses specially designed to meet the demands of employers in the Health and Social Care sector.
About the role
We are seeking to appoint a candidate that has a strong Health and Social Care background to join our team. You should be an enthusiastic and talented Teacher and able to deliver courses from Level 1 through to Level 3 in Health and Social Care which covers a variety of areas including Anatomy, Safeguarding, Dementia awareness and public health.
As a flexible, creative and pro-active professional you'll be expected to use a range of effective and appropriate teaching and learning initiatives that engage, motivate and enable all learners to make significant progress from their starting points. You will also be working to address individual learning needs, overcome barriers to learning and encourage autonomous learning.
What we are looking for
The successful candidate will have a Degree and/or a Level 3 qualification or equivalent in the Health and Social Care sector as well as the willingness, if required to undertake a teaching qualification if not already held.
