We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join the central team at The Sigma Trust. This is an exciting time for the Trust as the central team expands and we look forward to an exciting future.

The Role

In this role you will have the opportunity to share your expertise in facilities and health & safety management, providing professional, timely guidance and support across a group of local schools.

Your duties will include:

• Ensuring all Trust grounds and school buildings are maintained to the highest standards;
• ensuring Health and Safety policy and procedures are fully embedded across the Trust;
• supporting the Executive Team with the creation and monitoring of an Estates Plan;
• work collaboratively with the Chief Operations Officer and relevant Site Managers to manage building projects and to plan and co-ordinate joint procurement opportunities.

This role is full time and will be primarily based at our offices in Clacton on Sea. You will be required to travel to any of The Sigma Trust academies in order to fulfil the responsibilities of the role as needed.
