Part time HLTA+ required for September 2018

25 hours per week (8.45 - 3.00)

Salary - Band 4 Pt 26 - 30 (£13068 - 15258)

We have a vacancy at Connected Learning Multi-Academy Trust (Silver End Academy) for an enthusiastic and highly motivated HLSA Plus.

The applicant should have:

HLTA status or equivalent
GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent in English and Maths
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised and able to manage their time effectively.
The skills and experience to manage classes and the ability to lead and teach whole class and group lessons across the primary age range
Able to think creatively to make learning exciting and relevant to all our pupils.
Flexibility and adaptability whilst working with others
Capacity to demonstrate sensitivity and discretion
Capacity to cope under pressure in a calm manner
To cover PPA and teaching staff absence
To attend staff meetings, parent consultations and liaise with our SENCO and team of support staff where required.
