We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and highly motivated Key Stage 2 class teacher at Roxwell C of E Primary School - a small village school with a big heart. We are ambitious about what we want our pupils to achieve and strive to provide the very highest standards of education. The school is a unique place, set in beautiful surroundings with strong links to the church and local community but only a few minutes drive from the city of Chelmsford.
The applicant should be an inspirational and enthusiastic class teacher, who is an outstanding practitioner, with the drive and ambition to help lead the school in its progress from Good to Outstanding. The successful candidate will have high expectations of achievement and behaviour. A specialism in IT is also preferable but not essential.
The post is for a mixed class of Year 3 & 4 pupils.
You will need to:-
Be an excellent practitioner who is passionate about learning and dedicated to raising standards
Challenge pupils and have high expectations of what they can achieve
Inspire and motivate pupils by planning lessons which are fun but challenging
Support colleagues and work as part of a team
