Kitchen Assistant
£8.08 per hour (including fringe) 10 hours per week
Term time only 11.30am - 1.30pm
Briscoe Primary School is a friendly school that serves the community of Pitsea. We are seeking to recruit a Kitchen Assistant to help prepare food, serve meals and wash up, for our happy, friendly pupils.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable and resourceful and willing to be part of a happy team of helpful catering staff. A hygiene certificate and coshh training are needed for this post, but training will be provided by the school.
All staff, whatever their role, contribute to the teaching and learning of pupils; the role of the Kitchen Assistant is to ensure meals are prepared to the highest standards of hygiene in a way that encourages children to enjoy healthy food choices.
