Hours: 8.45 am - 4.00pm, term time plus INSET days.

Are you enthusiastic, passionate, driven, have high standards and love working with young children?

We are looking for a caring, friendly and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our SEN Team who work across Little Tanglewood (2-3 year olds) and Tanglewood (3- 4 year olds)

Ideally, we would like an experienced LSA to work flexibly alongside our children with SEN. Support will focus on developing children's attention and listening, communication and social interaction in the class setting as well as individual and small group sessions.

Experience of supporting children with SEN would be an advantage, as well as working closely with parents and other professionals. However, the successful candidate will receive the support and training required to meet the children's needs.

Visits to the setting are positively encouraged so that you can appreciate what a wonderful environment you may potentially be joining.

Information about the School

Tanglewood Nursery School is a well resourced maintained nursery school with an outstanding play area and forest garden for children aged 3-4. There are three classrooms and we have highly qualified teachers, nursery nurses and support staff. The school also has a speech and language centre.
Little Tanglewood has a purpose built building for children aged 2-3.
