Heathlands Primary school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced HLTA to provide cover for PPA across our whole school, EYFS to Year 6.

The post is for 4 days per week.

The succesful candidate will need to :

· Hold an HLTA qualification or equivalent

· Have excellent communication skills

· Use a good working knowledge of the curriculum

· Be able to engage pupils with a strong commitment to learning

· Have an understanding of motivating pupils.

· Liaise with classteachers and other staff

· Be self motivated, confident and able to work using their own initiative.

· A clear commitment to the safeguarding of all children
