Band 3 mid-point + outer fringe pro rata
Part-time: 9am to 12.10pm and 13.05 to 15.15, Monday to Friday
Hours: 26 hours 40 minutes per week, term time only (£10,690.96 pa)

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced HLTA to be a part of our teaching and learning team.The role of the HLTA will have a major impact on Teaching and Learning and outcomes for all students.
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational KS2 practitioner with high expectations and a 'can do' attitude to join Willowbrooksomeone who is:
- An experienced, outstanding practitioner who is able to bring significant expertise, enthusiasm and commitment to raising standards.
- Highly motivated, dynamic and creative practitioner with excellent communication skills.
- Clear about how to increase rates of progress for all students.
- Highly organised and able to manage their time effectively.
- A reflective practitioner keen to develop and progress
