The new Parent Partnership Support Officer will be joining at an exciting time, with the school having recently (May 18th + 19th 2017) gone through a successful inspection; being judged Good in all areas and is going from strength to strength. The team itself is driven and friendly and the pupils are delightful. Our new curriculum had been developed with the pupils at its centre and is led by what excites them. We try to make every child's learning experience as exciting and stimulating as possible, this being evident not only within the classroom environments but also around the school generally including the outside. This is a very supportive environment not only for the pupils, but also staff and both alike thrive within our school setting.

· Has proven skills working with pupils and parents in a positive manner to improve links with the school or setting;

· Is passionate about enabling children of all abilities and backgrounds to achieve their very best;

· Is confident, personable, approachable and able to build sound relationships;

· Is reliable, flexible, organized, meticulous and yet creative in their approaches;

· Is able to analyse data and other information and use it effectively to impact positively on parents, pupils and attendance.
