DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY TECHNICIAN
LGSBand 2 + London Fringe Allowance (pro rata)
15 Hours per week, term-time only
actual starting salary: £5,392
We are seeking a motivated, non-teaching member of staff to support the provision and maintenance of resources for the teaching of Design Technology, who will be able to:
- Prepare, provide and clear up tools, equipment and materials
- Carry out routine maintenance
- Work alongside teachers as required
- Manufacture pieces of equipment
- Ensure the application of Health and Safety procedures is adhered to
Applicants must have grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent, and experience of working in a school environment or with young people will be an advantage. Successful candidates will be subject to DBS clearance.
