"To develop fully the knowledge, skill, faith and self confidence of all our children in a joyful, enthusiastic and Christian environment",we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced HLTA to provide cover for PPA across our whole school, EYFS to Year 6.
The post is for 3 days per week.
The successful candidate will need to:
- hold an HLTA qualification or equivalent
- have excellent communication skills
- use a good working knowlenge of the curriculum
- be able to engage pupils with a strong commitment to learning
- have an understanding of motivating pupils
- liaise with classteachers and other staff
- be self motivated, confident and able to work using their own initiative
- have a clear commitment to the safeguarding of all children.
