We are a thriving successful primary school looking to recruit an experienced and friendly Kitchen Assistant toassist in the simple preparation, serving and clearing offresh home cooked food for our pupils.
Our school has a busy kitchen producing approximately 320 meals per day. Candidates should have experience ofworking in a similar environment or have a passion for great quality home cooked foods.
A Level 2 Food Certificate is desirable, however training will be available as part of our commitment to staff development.
We believe that school food is part of our whole school ethos and the post holder can expect to work as part of a committed school team.
Hours will be 11am to 2pm, term time plus training days only.
Visits to the school are warmly welcomed and encouraged. Interviews will include a practical task in the kitchen.
