Family Liaison Worker & Professional Partner in Learning
Employment Type: Permanent Contract (30hrs Per Week, 43.1 Weeks Per Year)
Pay Spine: Band 2 to Full-Point (Depending on Experience)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 15:15pm (45 Minutes Lunch)
At The Phoenix Primary School & Nursery, we believe that children 'enter to learn, leave to achieve'. We are looking to appoint an additional member of the Inclusion Team to support the well-being and learning of pupils and families. The successful candidate will work in conjunction with outside agencies/families developing positive relationships and assist vulnerable families by signposting them to support that is on offer (2 days) and as a class based Professional Partner in Learning (3 days).
The successful applicant will also:-
• Be able to work independently, use initiative to aid learning and have high consistent expectations of behaviour
• Be patient, adaptable and energetic
• Be educated to GCSE A-C or above in English and Maths, preferably with NVQ2 or equivalent in an area relevant to this post
• Have previous experience in an educational setting
• Be committed to supporting the children in their learning
