At The Hathaway Academy we are looking to appoint an English/Media Studies Lead Practitioner or an English/Media Studies teacher who would like to work with the Academy to gain Lead Practitioner Accreditation. As a Lead Practitioner or Lead Practitioner in training you will need to have a proven record of raising standards in your own practise and that of others from good to outstanding. You must have a proven track record of outstanding observations and outstanding results. You will need to have a passion for the classroom, a passion for developing yourself and others to become outstanding. If you have decided that the "leadership of learning" rather than system leadership is your chosen career path, then this is the role for you.
