We are at an exciting time in our development and are seeking to appoint an outstanding practitioner who believes that education has the power to transform the lives of young people and has the ability to motivate and inspire them to believe it for themselves. You will provide the best possible pastoral care to enable the students to achieve their full potential both personally and academically.

Information about the School

Chase High School is a mixed, mainstream secondary school located in Westcliff-on-Sea
, near Southend, Essex. It educates more than 1,000 students aged 11-18 from over 40 countries. Since 2011, the school has had a sixth form.

Chase High School was built more than 100 years ago and recently secured academy status under the Discovery Educational Trust. The secondary school continues to be involved in the community, forging local and international partnerships
