Due to the retirement of our well-respected Headteacher, our school community needs an ambitious, passionate leader who is committed to raising standards and further developing our well-behaved, hardworking students' learning experiences both in and outside of the classroom.

•  can lead and manage students, staff and the wider school community effectively;
•  are motivated by wanting to make a lasting difference to students' life chances by improving learning;
•  can strategically manage change;
•  are a reflective practitioner who is keen to learn and develop your own practice;
•  lead by example.

Elm Hall Primary School can offer respectful, creative, curious and interested students who demonstrate positive attitudes to learning and a well- informed and well-organised governing body to work alongside with.
