Temporary Fixed Term Maternity Cover
Required with immediate effect until 31st August 2012
Band 2 SP 11-14 £14,733-£15,726 (pro-rata)
37 hours per week, 39 working weeks per year (pro rata)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, calm, professional individual to join the support staff team at The Cornelius Vermuyden School to cover a maternity absence. The main responsibility of the successful candidate will be to provide a professional receptionist service to the school. There is also a requirement to provide administrative support for the school as directed by the Business Manager.
Excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office IT programmes are essential. Previous school work experience is desirable as is knowledge of the school management information system; SIMS.
This is an important role in a vibrant and forward thinking school and demands excellent interpersonal skills. This is an exciting time to join the school, having just moved into our brand new building as part of the Building Schools for the Future programme. This has completed an exciting project that has provided a range of world class learning environments for the benefit of the local community.
