We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, friendly, enthusiastic and efficient Office Manager who can work calmly and accurately under pressure. As an initial point of contact for parents, pupils, staff and visitors, you will need to have excellent communication skills, use discretion and initiative and be able to prioritise.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Manage the front office to ensure that all administrative and clerical procedures and systems are in place to support efficient and smooth running of the school.
- Line manage front office staff.
- Organise and administer pupil intake, admissions, and leavers and liaise with Local Authority.
- Provide confidential and administrative support to the Headteacher.
- Collecting recording and issuing receipts for monies as required for school meals, clubs and trips.
- To have previous experience of working in a school environment with an up to date knowledge of MSWord, Excel, Sims.net and School Fund management.
- Have experience of working with electronic parent payment systems.
