We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and hard working person to work alongside our caretaker.
The successful candidate will have to demonstrate:
A flexible approach to their work and ability to work as part of a team and to work independently
General maintenance and caretaking skills
A good range of of DIY skills
The successful candidate will be required to undertake:
Porterage and other manual duties
Locking and unlocking of premises and key holders responsibilities
Routine Health and Safety checks as required by legislation
Cleaning / gardening Duties
Visits to the Academy are welcomed
