We seek to appoint an exceptional leader whose primary whole Academy responsibilities may include Behaviour & Safety or the achievement of pupils, in addition to which they would also manage and lead their own Faculty, which would include one of the core subjects. The Academy is in an incredibly exciting position, a place where the pace of change and improvement is rapid.

The successful candidate will help to expand opportunities for our young people by playing a significant role in the planning, organisation and implementation of the new Post 16 provision due to be opened in September 2016. We are looking for a new member of the Leadership team who has a desire to be a part of taking this Academy to become outstanding.
