RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT APPRENTICESHIP

(Intermediate Level)

35 hours per week Monday - Friday 8.30 am to 4.00 pm

Weekly Wage £100, rising in October in line with the National Minimum Rate for Apprenticeships

Our large, friendly school is looking to appoint an organised and efficient person with good communication, administration and word processing skills to work in our busy reception office. Duties will include acting as first point of contact welcoming visitors to the school, answering queries face-to-face and on the telephone and undertaking various administrative tasks.

The Learning Provider is the Colchester Institute and the successful applicant will work towards a Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Business and Administration, a Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business and Administration and an Apprenticeship Certificate.
