Chelmsford College is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the College as a Life Skills & Enrichment Manager.
As the Life Skills & Enrichment Manager, you will lead a team of Life Skills Tutors and the Enrichment department, overseeing the expansion of activities aimed at enhancing our learners' essential skills. Your role involves crafting and executing the Life Skills programme while staying attuned to the evolving interests and needs of our learners. Working closely with learner representatives and learner ambassadors, you will ensure their voices shape our initiatives.
Building partnerships with external stakeholders is key. You will create avenues for learners and apprentices to thrive post-college, fostering social action projects and fundraising events. Your commitment to learner support extends beyond the classroom, empowering them with opportunities beyond their chosen courses.
Quality assurance is vital. You will ensure the Life Skills programme's effectiveness through meticulous resource evaluation and classroom evaluations.
