We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher to support our exceptionally well-behaved children. Someone who believes that all children, no matter their background, deserve an exceptional education. We are seeking a dynamic teacher with high expectations who can become part of our excellent team. You will need to have a strong track record of great teaching and learning or, if you are an ECT, you will need to be enthusiastic, innovative and committed.
Somers Heath is a two-form entry primary school with a newly refurbished building and a large site. There will be the opportunityto drive whole school improvement in a specific subject area and lead the year group for the right teacher. (An appropriate TLR would be available.) You will need to be an excellent class teacher who can be a model for the professional development of others in the school as well as a motivated subject leader who is able to inspire others through their passion for a subject.

A £1,000 Catalyst welcome payment for successful candidates (teachers paid on Main Scale only) if you are appointed through a direct application to a Catalyst school (i.e. avoiding agency costs). This payment is allocated 6 months after you have been in post.
