Dear Colleague,
We are delighted that you are considering coming to join our team, as our caretaker. All our team work together to help children develop well in every way. This is reflected in all sorts of things including:
Strong academic progress because many children make very good progress from their starting points.
An exciting curriculum which offers children great learning opportunities in and out of school. These opportunities include two different residential trips, local trips to Colchester Zoo and Castle and themed days in school such as for The Stone Age.
Our children's strong development in PE, supported by our Sports Lead. Our Sports Lead also leads on our Forest Schools provision.
The work of our pupil groups - School Council, Play Leaders, Prefects, Worship Leaders and Team Captains.
We are seeking to appoint a colleague to come and join our friendly team and ensure our children learn and play in a safe and clean environment. If you come and join our team you will be joining one that works hard for the good of all our children and one that enjoys plenty of laughs, free tea and coffee, chocolates and 'chippy Fridays'!
This post is for a 'soon as possible' start. Salary and hours are as detailed below:
· 5 hours per week, Tuesday and Thursday 10:30-13:00 Actual Salary £2,963.88
There is also a position available at St Andrew's CofE Primary School in Weeley, which is for 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7am until 8am and 3:30pm until 5:30pm (Actual Salary Range £10,371-£10,536), which could be combined with this position at St Osyth.

We have a rural/coastal location about twenty minutes from Colchester and ten minutes from Clacton-on-Sea. We are an academy with the Diocese of Chelmsford Vine Schools Trust and so have the support of the trust and of the diocese.

We are a primary school in a rural location just twenty minutes from Colchester and 10 mins from Clacton-on Sea. We are an academy with the Vines School Trust and so have the the support of this trust and the Diocese.
