Working hours 37 hours per week Split shift - Monday - Thursday - 06:30 - 10.00am &2.00 - 6.00pm Friday - 06:30 - 09:30am & 2.00 - 6.00pm
Working pattern: 52 weeks a year

Maple Grove Primary School is looking for a diligent and enthusiastic person to join our Site ServicesTeam.
The role of the Site Services Officer is to ensure the internal and external areas of the premises areclean, well maintained, and secure and that janitorial tasks are carried out with the appropriate resourcesand equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure a safe and high quality environment to supportthe educational needs and emotional welfare of the staff and pupils of the school.
Your core duties willinclude:
Site Security including key holding
Environmental Management
Site Maintenance
Candidates should be able to undertake a range of minor DIY and maintenance jobs, ensure thegrounds and premises are kept clean and tidy, support internal cleaning teams, porterage, overseeworks beingcarried out on site by external contractors.
As a part of our Site Services Team, you will be a happy, obliging character and be flexible andadaptable with your approach to the role. You must have a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
