St John's Green Primary School is a large City Centre school, operating over two sites.

We are a good school and put the children at the heart of Teaching & Learning with a curriculum that seeks to inspire and support children to achieve.

We are looking to appoint an exceptional Site Manager to join our dedicated team in continuing to maintain our current high standards within our school environment. Please refer to the attached job description and personal specification for full details of this role. Experience in managing school facilities, building maintenance and budget management is essential.

This is a full time position of 37 hours per week for 39 weeks per annum (38 weeks term time + 5 non-pupil days) plus 4 weeks during the school holidays. Start time 7.30am with finish time of 6pm. Annual paid leave taken during the school holidays. Salary scale 7, point 19 (range 19-24). Actual starting salary £29,315pa. Uniform is provided. We would like the successful applicant to start on 01 september 2025 but have some flexibility with this date if a later start date is required.

The successful applicant can look forward to working in a school with happy, eager and well-behaved children, almost all of the time, and working within a supportive team of staff, definitely all of the time. We are very proud of our school and place a special emphasis on our relationship with the parents and local community.
