37 hours per week, 52.14 weeks a year
Suggested split shift pattern: 7am-10am 2pm-6:05pm
*To be discussed: 1 hour on a Saturday Morning (Paid Double Time)

We are looking for a reliable Site Manager to join our friendly team who takes pride in their work, is thorough, approachable, flexible and has a can-do attitude. We need someone who is practical and hands on, with good all-round DIY skills.
Our Site Manager is an integral member of the team, responsible for maintaining the site and identifying additional improvements. The postholder works closely with the Headteacher and office team to ensure the school is a safe and attractive environment for everyone to work in.
The successful candidate will:
- Be dedicated, positive and flexible
- Be able to prioritise tasks and be reliable and trustworthy
- Be a team player and will take pride in the appearance and maintenance of the school building and grounds
- Have a strong commitment to providing a high quality service
- Have general building and caretaking skills
- Be able to obtain quotations for buildings works and achieve best value
- Have a knowledge and experience of health and safety
