7 hour per week, working pattern to be agreed, permanent contract from September 2025
Scale 6, Points 13-17 (£28,163-£30,060 full time to be pa pro-rata)
38 weeks per year (term time only)

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, positive, organised and reliable individual to join our SEN team.
Duties include:
· Maintaining all aspects of annual reviews, including communication with external agencies, staff and parents/carers, ensuring all paperwork is prepared, and attending the annual review meetings with notetaking where appropriate
· Maintaining all aspects of TAF meetings, including communication with external agencies, staff and parents/carers, ensuring all paperwork is prepared, and attending the TAF meetings with notetaking where appropriate
· Complete initial screening Speech & Language assessments with pupils, liaise with external agencies, staff and parents/carers, and ensure targets are added to support plans
· Liaise with OT regarding attending appointments in school, ensure referral forms are complete and gather evidence, and ensure targets are added to support plans
· Monitoring of support plans, and related running records to ensure progress
· Daily CPOMS management to ensure appropriate safeguarding
Visits to the school are positively encouraged.
