Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Salary: Scale 3 Point 6 - 7 FTE £25,988.90 - £26,402.70. (Actual salary £8,567.86-£8,704.28)
Hours: Part-Time. 15 hours per week. 09:00 - 12:00
Contract: Fixed until 31/08/2027
Start Date: As soon as possible

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our committed team and help our children thrive both academically and personally.

Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities within a school setting.

The Successful Candidate Will:

Support pupils in the classroom, individually and in small groups.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging learning activities.
Help pupils develop confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
Support children with additional learning and emotional needs where required.
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
